Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Contact us with any item issue or request of return within 4 days of receiving the package. Returns are accepted on all un-customized items. Any customized item is not refundable or returnable unless an error was made on our end. In the event an item is received with an error, contact us immediately!

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and accepts responsibility should the package go missing in transit back to us. Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging (plastic bag, plastic sleeve and/or gift box.) All photo/reprints will need to be placed in a new media envelope (please do not reuse the original one).

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of original delivery date and 3 days after obtaining an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Returns postmarked after 7 days could result in partially or fully voiding the refund at our discretion. We recommend tracking your return. If we do not receive the item back the only way to get your refund at that point is to have the tracking information.

Returns should be packaged properly to prevent any damage during shipment. If you do not sufficiently package the item, damages are on you (the buyer).

Defective Items

If you receive your item and it is defective or damaged, please contact us right away (with pictures) and we will arrange for the item to be returned for repair, exchange, or refund.

Late Arrivals or Missing Packages

We rely on USPS, FedEx, and UPS tracking (available on all shipments) to determine whether a package has been delivered, is lost, or missing. If your package has not been delivered within 30 days of shipping, we will offer to replace or refund depending on the availability of the item. Please contact us if you have not received your item within 30 days. International shipments could take even longer depending on customs.

In the event your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) and check with neighbors or household members. We place our trust in the shipping carriers to do their job and for our customers to be honest with us about their merchandise.

Additional Return Policies

All items are handmade and will have small imperfections, which makes each item unique. This includes color variations between the picture and real life. Please keep this in mind when you make your purchase. Colors might show differently depending on your computer, phone, or tablet. All sizing information is approximately within 1/16” to 1/8” and is provided in the listings.
